This beautiful Breedlove Oregon Concert E is in as a B-Stock. B-Stock units are those that have some sort of imperfection from the factory or their time in warehousing/shipping. These are generally minor cosmetic issues not functional issues.

In this case, there are 2 things that I think may have earned this guitar a "B" rating, though both are very minor and could have easily been overlooked.

First there may be a dent in the finish on the top, though after about 5 minutes of inspecting it closely at all angles I can't seem to find it. I just had a note that there was a small one, so that may be the case, I just can't figure out where.

Second the two pieces of wood used for the back of the guitar don't appear to be quite perfectly aligned with the one on the bass side being about an inch lower than the treble side. With these bookmatched woodgrains that have pretty unique figuring in it, this is quite noticeable and you can easily see it in the images.

That being said, this has no earing on the durability, tone quality, playability or overall functionality of the guitar. It sounds incredible, plays easily and everything works as it should.

The guitar still includes its original hardshell case and is a brand new instrument.

Here's more about this guitar from Breedlove's site:

The Oregon Concert CE Sitka Spruce – Myrtlewood is a versatile play style acoustic-electric guitar that has become an instant favorite with players around the world. The Breedlove sound comes through bold and clean with balanced bass, mids and highs reminiscent of rosewood. Engineered to perfection, this guitar is equally suited as a strumming and rhythm guitar or as a nuanced fingerstyle masterpiece. A soft cutaway provides access to the entire ebony fretboard. The maple neck complements the sustainably harvested Sitka spruce and myrtlewood in tonal perfection. Our Sitka spruce and myrtlewood are locally sourced in the Pacific Northwest – a short distance from where they are hand-crafted in small batches by our dedicated craftsmen.  A soft cutaway allows for easy access to the entire ebony fretboard. The guitar’s sound stays true when amplified through the highly reliable LR Baggs EAS VTC electronics. You will sound better, play better and play more on a Breedlove Oregon Series guitar.
