Gibson Brands, Inc. (formerly Gibson Guitar Corporation) is an American manufacturer of guitars, other musical instruments, and consumer and professional electronics from Kalamazoo, Michigan and now based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company was formerly known as Gibson Guitar Corporation and renamed Gibson Brands, Inc. in June 2013.

Gibson sells guitars under a variety of brand names and builds one of the world's most iconic guitars, the Gibson Les Paul. Many Gibson instruments are highly collectible. Gibson was at the forefront of innovation in acoustic guitars, especially in the big band era of the 1930s; and in 1952, Gibson introduced its first solid-body electric guitar, the Les Paul, which became its most popular guitar to date— designed by Ted McCarty and Les Paul.

Arguably the biggest guitar brand in the world, every guitarist who plays seriously has heard of Gibson. Here at the Turner Guitar Studio, we've got a variety of Gibson models in stock, and some of our most well-built electrics are Gibson-made. Since their inception nearly a hundred years ago, Gibson has been producing great instruments at a level of quality that has never faltered.
