Our punch pass policy gives students the opportunity to have regular music lessons with their instructor at flexible lesson times.
Note: If you are currently a temp student, we will be transferring you to the punch pass policy no later than August 31, 2021.


How it works:

  • Pay for groups of 5, 10, or 20 punches at a time and use a minimum of 1 punch per month

  • Pay for single half-hour or 1-hour punch at a time with no monthly commitment

  • Book your lessons one at a time at a time convenient to you and your instructor

Punch Pass Policies:

Punch Pricing

  • Unless otherwise stated, all punch pass pricing is based off the instructor’s half hour rate for that discipline.

  • A 5-punch pass is the cost of 5 lessons plus $5.

  • A 10-punch pass is the cost of 10 lessons at the instructor’s regular rate.

  • A 20-punch pass is the cost of 20 lessons with a 5% discount.

  • A single half hour punch is the cost of 1 lesson plus 50% (with no monthly commitment).
  • A single 1-hour punch is the cost of 2 lessons plus 25%, and must be used as an hour long lesson (with no monthly commitment).

Booking

  • You will NOT have a regular lesson time reserved in your instructor’s schedule.

  • Lessons can be booked no more than one week in advance, unless you are booking a weekly recurring time slot.

  • You are required to use at least one punch per month (unless you are purchasing single half-hour or 1-hour punches). If no lesson is booked in a calendar month, one punch will be automatically deducted from your account. This requirement begins as of the month of your first lesson. 

  • You may use an unlimited number of punches each month.

  • You may use more than one punch for a single event to have a longer lesson (ie. 2 punches = 1 hour).

  • You cannot book your next lesson if you have no punches on your account.


Cancellation and Make-up Lessons

  • Your punch will be applied to your lesson at the time of booking it. Cancelling a lesson does not return your punch to you. Therefore, any lessons you have booked that you cancel or no-show for, will still use a punch. 

  • You may schedule a make-up lesson for a canceled lesson as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation and you and your instructor can find a mutually agreeable time that is within 7 days of the original lesson.

  • In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from booking one lesson per month for an extended period of time, please contact us to discuss your options.


Terminating Lessons

  • All punch-passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new instructor or a new student (transferring to a new instructor may be subject to rate changes.)

  • Once you schedule, we will expect you to continue lessons unless you tell us otherwise. If you would like to stop renewing your punch pass, please let us know so we can remove you from our contact list.


Policy and Procedure Change: These Policies and Procedures are subject to change at the repurchase of a punch-pass. The most recent version of them will be posted to our website. All registered parties agree to the terms herein, as well as changes to these policies when posted to the website by signing and/or registering and re-registering by phone.
