She has her grade eight qualifications in piano and voice through the Royal Conservatory of Music, as well as her advanced theory rudiments. She is currently working toward her Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Alberta. Diana’s approach to teaching is very thorough and organized, with clear lesson plans and goal setting for her students to ensure that progress is being made. She wants students to be actively involved in their learning, with their own style and favourite music being incorporated into the lessons to ensure a fun and engaging lesson that will help students of all ages reach their goals.Diana prefers voice students who are interested in a classical repertoire as this is where she draws from her experience the most. She also encourages both her voice and piano students to compete in music festivals and perform in our student recitals and other live music events. Diana is the director of Turn'er Up!
