COVID-19 Update Aug 27, 2020

We are currently gearing up for our fall music lessons. All of our instructors will be offering both virtual and in-person lesson options, so there is sure to be something that will work for everyone.
Below are our general COVID policies for our music school and for the retail store.

In-person Music Lessons Policy

Instructors must wear face masks or face shields during the lessons
Students are encouraged to wear face masks, but it is not mandatory at this time with most instructors.  (This could change if The City of Leduc decides to make it mandatory in the future)
Both students and instructors are to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer prior to beginning the music lesson.
Instructors are wiping down commonly touched surfaces between classes.
We hope to limit the use of our waiting rooms to students only (or 1 young student and 1 parent) and keep the duration short by only coming in a few minutes prior to class time. Parents are asked to remain in their vehicles if possible.
We also ask that all lesson payments happen through one of our online payment options. E-transfers to admin@turnerguitar.com or through our website directly.

Guitar Store Policy
Our store is not well designed for social distancing, so we are limiting the capacity to 4 clients at a time.
To help ensure that we can help everyone, we ask that things like lesson payments, lay-away, rental, or account payments be made through one of our online payment methods (ask for details).
We also have the vast majority of our products now listed on our site and available for purchase. We are offering curbside pick-up, $5.00 delivery in Leduc on orders under $50.00 and FREE delivery on orders over $50.00.
We are still happy to help you in store of course! So we are also keeping up on regular cleaning of commonly touched surfaces, and all store clerks are required to wear masks while clients are present. We also have hand sanitizer available, and encourage the use of masks by clients. At this time it is not required however, though this may change in the future if The City of Leduc makes masks mandatory.

Music is an important part of many peoples lives, so we are happy to continue offering our great products and services to the community and beyond through these times!
